Description
Organizations who generate, store, and dispose of waste, must clearly identify & manage waste streams defined by the Regulation.
This course will educate participants on the law and tools used to maintain compliance. Focal points of training include:
- Proper Characterization-Generation of Waste Class Codes
- Rules for Listed waste and Characteristic Waste
- Proper registration within RPRA
- Segregation, Mixture and Derived From rules
- Notification of Waste on site beyond 90 days
- Packaging of Hazardous & Industrial Waste
- Manifesting rules of training
- Assigning Delegates
